EU makes final anti-dumping ruling on Indian optical cables

The European Commission issued an announcement that on December 13, it made a final anti-dumping ruling on optical fiber cables originating in India, and decided to impose anti-dumping duties of 6.9% to 11.4% on the products involved. The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) code of the products involved is ex 8544 70 00 (TARIC codes are 8544 70 00 10 and 8544 70 00 91). The dumping investigation period of this case is from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2020 to the end of the dumping investigation period. The announcement will take effect from the day after it is issued.
