EHang Intelligent announced the establishment of the "Tsinghua-EHang Low-Altitude Aviation Technology Joint Research Institute" (hereinafter referred to as the "Joint Research Institute") with Tsinghua University. Chen Haixin, Party Secretary of the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Tsinghua University, Dean of the Joint Research Institute and Member of the Management Committee, announced the key research directions of the Joint Research Institute: focusing on key core technologies such as aerodynamics and overall design technology, energy and propulsion technology, automatic flight control technology and low-altitude flight supervision technology for medium and large autonomous aircraft, low-altitude aircraft autonomous driving command center, and planning and design of flight take-off and landing infrastructure.
