Shenzhen Dashi Intelligent Co., Ltd. and Mi Space Wuhan Information Technology Co., Ltd. recently reached consensus on matters related to Xiaomi's Wuhan Phase II smart project and officially signed a contract. The project, covering a total area of 143,000 square meters, comprises nine office buildings and three apartment buildings, housing administrative offices, laboratories, a data center, a cafeteria, a car delivery center, Mi Home, apartments, and a lecture hall. The project will be used for the research, development, and production of Xiaomi smart hardware products. The project aims to create a large-scale R&D center focused on R&D, industrial parks, and intelligent manufacturing, leveraging its technological advantages in artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing to help Wuhan develop a new digital economy hub. Leveraging its years of experience in providing "IoT + AI"-based smart space solutions for enterprise parks, the company will enhance its comprehensive technical capabilities through innovation and integrate a variety of innovative applications for enterprise parks. The company will provide a full-stack smart space solution for the project, encompassing multiple subsystems, including an information release system, conference room reservation system, video surveillance system, access control system (including gate system), intrusion alarm system, smart door locks, visitor management system, parking management system, and data center.
