A Chinese AI startup backed by TikTok owner ByteDance has closed tens of millions of dollars in Series A funding.

Recently, 3D generative large model company Deemos Technologies Inc. closed tens of millions of dollars in Series A financing.

The round was led by Meituan Longzhu and ByteDance, with continued follow up from veteran shareholders Sequoia Capital China Seed Fund and MiraclePlus, and Lighthouse Capital acting as the exclusive financial advisor.

Deemos said that the financing will be used for the company to further promote the frontier exploration of 3D large models, and at the same time promote the commercialization of Hyper3D series products with 3D large model generation Rodin as the core in the global market.

Notably, Rodin realized $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) 45 days after its launch.

In addition, Deemos has established deep cooperation with well-known global clients such as Amazon, ByteDance and Unity.

The AI startup disclosed that it has received millions of dollars of B-side commercialization orders so far, covering a wide range of industries such as gaming, e-commerce, embodied intelligence, spatial computing, 3D printing, film and television.
