By then, the scale of Beijing's computing power layout will be initially apparent, helping to accelerate the construction of a global digital economy benchmark city. In order to implement the national decision-making and deployment on deepening the research and development and application of artificial intelligence, build a good computing power infrastructure, and accelerate the cultivation of the computing power industry ecology, last year the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, together with relevant municipal departments, issued the "Beijing Computing Power Infrastructure Construction Implementation Plan (2024-2027)" and the "Beijing Stock Data Center Optimization Work Plan (2024-2027)". Beijing focuses on the construction of four public intelligent computing centers in Haidian, Chaoyang, Yizhuang, and Jingxi (Mentougou and Shijingshan), continuously optimizing the computing power layout, improving the quality of computing power supply, and improving computing power scheduling capabilities.
