BOE founder Wang Dongsheng will welcome another IPO, Eswin Computing submits listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
On May 30, Wang Dongsheng, the founder and former chairman of BOE, launched another IPO. The report of Beijing Eswin Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (Eswin Computing), which he founded after leaving BOE, applying for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange was published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. Eswin Computing mainly produces RISC-V open source architecture chips, with revenue exceeding 2 billion yuan last year. However, according to the prospectus, the company has been losing money for three consecutive years and is also facing difficulties and challenges such as an imperfect ecosystem and weak software compatibility. The funds raised from this listing will be used to improve solutions, invest in software and hardware, build an ecosystem, and potential mergers and acquisitions.
