Avride ramps up self-driving testing in Dallas, plans to launch driverless taxis through Uber

On September 4th, local time, autonomous driving technology company Avride announced that it is expanding its autonomous vehicle testing in Dallas, Texas, in preparation for launching a driverless taxi service through the Uber platform. Avride partnered with Uber in October of last year and launched its delivery robot service on the Uber Eats platform in Austin in November, subsequently expanding to Dallas and Jersey City.
