A-share closing review: ChiNext Index closed down 1.36%; more than 4,600 stocks in the market were in the red

The three major A-share indexes fell collectively today. As of the close, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.79%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell 1.21%, the ChiNext Index fell 1.36%, and the Beijing Stock Exchange 50 Index fell 1.98%. The total market turnover was 1.2808 trillion yuan, an increase of 59.1 billion yuan from the previous day. More than 4,600 stocks in the market were in the red. In terms of sector themes, the oil and gas, short drama games, solid-state batteries, and PCB concept sectors led the gains; nuclear fusion and weight loss drug sectors led the declines. On the market, oil and gas stocks strengthened in the afternoon, Shandong Molong and Zhunyou shares rose for five consecutive days, Shouhua Gas rose to the limit, the short drama game sector led the gains, and Baina Qiancheng and Ciwen Media rose to the limit. Solid-state battery stocks were active, Nord shares, Xiangtan Electric Chemical, and Fengyuan shares rose to the limit. The AI hardware end was partially active, Zhongjing Electronics and Kaiwang Technology rose to the limit, the nuclear power sector fell to the top, Heduan Intelligent and Xuguang Electronics fell to the limit, and Harbin Welding Huatong fell nearly 15%. Concept stocks of weight loss drugs collectively adjusted, Changshan Pharmaceutical hit the limit down, and Hanyu Pharmaceutical fell more than 10%.
