According to AppleInsider, Apple's next-generation augmented reality (AR) headset may undergo major adjustments in materials to reduce the overall weight. Well-known whistleblower Kosutami revealed that the new headset will use titanium alloy to replace part of the aluminum structure, and may be launched in black or dark blue. This design change may make the product more comfortable to wear. Compared with aluminum, titanium alloy has higher strength and durability. Previous rumors pointed out that Apple's Apple Vision Pro 2 is expected to be launched in April 2026, but the latest news suggests that the next-generation product may be directly named Apple Vision, and may even be named Apple Vision Air.
