Hong Kong stocks continued to fall in the afternoon, with the Hang Seng Index down 1% and the Hang Seng Tech Index down 0.48%, after rising 2% earlier. Chip stocks' gains fell back, and some technology stocks fell. Tencent Holdings (00700.HK) fell 2.6%, Bilibili (09626.HK) and Xiaomi Group (01810.HK) fell 2%.
