Asian Tech Press (SEP 29) -- According to sources cited by Reuters, Samsung Electronics is soon expected to finalize the construction site of its $17 billion wafer fab in Williamson County, Texas. with an investment of up to US$17 billion. TSMC to open a chip factory in Japan in 2023 to supply Sony
