Sony India seeks to acquire media company Zee Entertainment

Asian Tech Press (Sep 22) -- Sony Group Corp.'s Indian subsidiary, signed a nonbinding deal to acquire India's largest publicly traded television network, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL), Bloomberg said Tuesday.
