LG closes stock sales deal with Canada's Magna for EV powertrain joint venture

SEOUL, July 28 (Yonhap) -- LG Electronics Inc. said Wednesday it has closed its stock sales deal with Canadian auto parts maker Magna International Inc. over their electric vehicle (EV) powertrain joint venture.
