The intelligent inspection robot group put into use this time has realized the multi-operation and maintenance mode of "robot inspection + manual review + cloud diagnosis" for the first time in the field of railway freight car maintenance in my country. Under the condition of 24-hour autonomous inspection, the total time for fault inspection of 108 vehicles can be reduced by 30 minutes through human-machine combined operation. This set of intelligent inspection machines greatly reduces the labor intensity and human errors of manual inspections, and the accuracy rate of fault recognition for maintenance is greater than 98%, and the recognition rate for common faults is 100%.
