Škoda forms JV to develop next-generation automobile software

Asian Tech Press (Jan 07) -- Škoda said it has formed a joint venture with Etnetera Group, which is named Green:Code.

Škoda said that the establishment of the joint venture is part of Škoda's 2030 strategy, and together with Volkswagen Group's strong software resources, Green:Code will help create modern, simple and smart solutions and improve the digitalization process.

Škoda Auto a.s., commonly abbreviated as Škoda, is a Czech automotive manufacturer headquartered in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. It was founded in 1925 as the successor to Laurin & Klement.
