The 2021 Global Semiconductor Industry (Chongqing) Expo features 500 companies

On May 6, the 3-day 2021 Global Semiconductor Industry (Chongqing) Expo opened in Chongqing National Expo Center, with 500 domestic semiconductor companies participating.

The exhibition established nine zones, including IC manufacturing, packaging and testing, semiconductor materials, AI + IoT + 5G, power supply exhibition area, millimeter-wave, and so on.

Sources from Chongqing Electronics Society said that Chongqing currently focuses on developing power semiconductor storage, digital and analog hybrid, automotive electronics, artificial intelligence, IoT, and other industries. It is planned to form a 100 billion level IC industry cluster by next year.
