Suzuki to launch first battery EV in 2025

Asia Tech Wire (Nov 6) -- Japan's Suzuki Motor has unveiled its first mass-production battery electric vehicle (BEV) model, the e VITARA, in Milan, Italy.

As Suzuki's first global strategic BEV model, it will go on sale around summer 2025 in Europe, India and Japan.

However, Suzuki is yet to announce the pricing of the small electric SUV.
