Asian Tech Press (Nov 09) -- The procurement signing ceremony of large medical equipments by shanghai municipal hospitals was held in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai).

Before the opening of the China International Import Expo, Shanghai municipal hospitals have been negotiating with the Expo global exhibitors. 16 municipal hospitals have completed the preliminary bidding process and will purchase 33 sets of equipment, accounting for 450 million yuan. The equipment belongs to large multinational companies such as General Electric, Philips, Siemens, Mediatek and Varian. The products include the most advanced CT, MRI, linear gas pedal, DSA, and SPECT, etc.
