Samsung develops 8nm RF chip process tech

Today, Samsung announced a new generation of 8nm RF process technology to enhance the solution for 5G communication chips.

The technology supports multi-channel and multi-antenna chip design for 5G communications and is expected to provide a "One Chip Solution" for 5G communications.
