Samsung and SK Hynix face 50% price increase in thinner used in chips

According to THE ELEC, both Korean companies Dongjin Semichem and ENF Technology have sent request for price increase on thinner to their customers Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, planning to raise the price by 50% from April.
