SEC’s website shows that SPAC Angel Pond Holdings files for U.S. IPO on this Monday with the SEC to raise up $300 million by offering 30 million units at $10. The joint bookrunners for this IPO are Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase.

The company was co-founded by Simon Xie, Alibaba co-founder, and Theodore Wang, Puissance Capital Management founder. It is in the business of blank checks, aiming to technology-enabled sectors in Greater China.
