SK Telecom to build AI infrastructure

Asia Tech Wire (Nov 4) -- South Korea's SK Telecom on Monday announced plans to accelerate the company's artificial intelligence development by building the "AI infrastructure superhighway".

The plan is based on connecting AI infrastructure along three core axes: AI data centers, GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) and edge AI.

With this strategy, SK Telecom plans to expand globally in collaboration with partners in South Korea and abroad.
