Nissan, Honda consider cooperation on car software and charging business

Asia Tech Wire (July 4) -- Nissan and Honda have begun studying the possibility of standardizing the automotive software that controls cars, according to Nikkei.

This technology will be the basis for next-generation vehicles such as autonomous driving.

The two companies intend to reduce development costs and accelerate the practical application of this technology through sharing.
