On June 27, local time, Indonesia's food and drug authority approved the COVID-19 vaccine, which is developed by China's Sinovac Biotech Ltd, for emergency use in the country's population aged 12-17.
Joko Widodo, the president of Indonesia, announced on Monday that the country will start vaccinating minors between 12 and 17 years old with the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine.
