Asian Tech Press (Nov 1) -- Geometry, an electric car brand owned by the Chinese car company Geely, plans to equip itself with Huawei's HarmonyOS, Chinese media reported on Monday.

The report cited sources familiar with the matter as saying that Geely's EV brand Geometry plans to equip HarmonyOS in the next five years, access Huawei's intelligent ecology and use a pure electric dual-platform strategy to help Geometry hit the mid- to high-end market.

A day earlier, Geely released its "smart Geely 2025" strategy, which showed that the EV brand Geometry would launch more than five new star products built from pure electric architecture (including the Sustainable Experience Architecture, or SEA) starting from 2022.
