Foxconn, Stellantis set up a joint venture to deliver intelligent cockpit services

According to Taiwan Economic Daily News, based on the memorandum of cooperation signed on May 18, Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn) and Stellantis have formally entered the intelligent cabin and connected car market through a joint venture named Mobile Drive after more than three months of discussions.

The joint venture is incorporated in the Netherlands, with each party holding a 50% stake in the joint venture. It will leverage the ICT industry and smart solutions capabilities of Foxconn and the long-standing expertise of Stellantis in the automotive industry to enable the joint venture to continue to grow in this industry.
