Charlie Munger's firm increases Alibaba shares by 82%

Asian Tech Press (OCT 06) -- Daily Journal Corporation, a Charles Thomas Munger company, increased its stake in Alibaba by 82% since July after the stock price fell nearly 50%, according to its third-quarter 13-F filing.

Daily Journal purchased 136,740 shares of Alibaba stock, bringing its total to 302,060 shares, the filing showed. However, the firm's position only increased from $37 million to $45 million due to the price drop.
