Bloomberg: Didi to file for Hong Kong IPO in March 2022

Asian Tech Press (Dec 3) -- Chinese ride-hailing giant DiDi Global Inc. (DIDI) is planning to file for a Hong Kong IPO around March next year, Bloomberg said, citing people familiar with the matter.

The company announced Friday that it is preparing to delist from the New York Stock Exchange and launch a Hong Kong IPO.
