Asian Tech Press (OCT 20) -- Recently, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. added a new trademark document, the type of trademark opposition decision, the content of the document shows that the objector is Apple, and the involved trademark is "HUAWEI MATEPOD" trademark.

The State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China considered that there was insufficient evidence and lack of factual basis and granted the trademark registration of "HUAWEI MATEPOD" to Huawei, which Apple considered as a malicious imitation and plagiarism of "AIRPODS" and "EARPODS".
