On September 24, Zhou Haibing, Vice Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Kuantrov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, co-chaired the 22nd China-Kazakhstan Industrial and Investment Cooperation Video Dialogue. The dialogue focused on implementing the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and further deepening China-Kazakhstan industrial and investment cooperation. Zhou Haibing noted that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, China-Kazakhstan practical cooperation has achieved many tangible results, becoming a successful model for bilateral investment cooperation. China is willing to work with Kazakhstan to continuously expand investment cooperation areas, consolidate advantages in traditional areas such as industry, energy, and mining, and actively expand cooperation in high-tech fields such as the digital economy, artificial intelligence, and Beidou. Kuantrov stated that the China-Kazakhstan Industrial and Investment Cooperation Mechanism has played a significant role in the "Golden 30 Years" of China-Kazakhstan relations. As one of Kazakhstan's major sources of investment, China has seen an increasing number of Chinese companies participating in cooperation with Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies with China, increase exchanges, and further enhance the quality of industrial and investment cooperation.
