Zhipu AI established a new company in Chengdu with multiple AI-related businesses

According to the Qichacha APP, Chengdu Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd. was established recently. The legal representative is Liu Debing, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. Its business scope includes: AI basic software development; AI application software development; AI theory and algorithm software development, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Zhipu AI.
