ZTE announced that the company plans to sell government and enterprise products with Aerospace Ouhua Information Technology Co., Ltd. in 2025 with a maximum cumulative transaction amount of 1.2 billion yuan. In addition, it is expected that the company will purchase raw materials from ZTE New Communication Co., Ltd. in 2025, with a maximum cumulative amount of 400 million yuan. In terms of R&D outsourcing services, the company plans to purchase related services from Huatong Technology Co., Ltd. and Nanchang Zhongzhan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in 2025-2026, with annual maximum amounts of 85 million yuan and 97 million yuan, respectively. These related transactions have been reviewed and approved by the company's board of directors, and the relevant related directors have abstained from voting.
