Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that the company's 2024 annual equity distribution plan is: based on the company's existing total share capital minus 6,872,366.00 shares repurchased, 2,038,849,131.00 shares will be distributed to all shareholders in cash (tax included) for every 10 shares. The equity registration date for this equity distribution is May 16, 2025, and the ex-rights and ex-dividend date is May 19, 2025.
