He Xiaopeng, chairman and CEO of Xpeng Motors, said at the launch conference of Xpeng X9 today that the company will achieve mass production of L3-level intelligent driving capabilities in China by the end of this year. In addition, Xpeng's Turing AI chip will be mass-produced in mainland China in the second quarter of this year, and the company also expects to invest 4.5 billion yuan in AI research and development this year.
