Xpeng Motors and Alibaba Cloud officially signed a post-quantum security technology cooperation agreement at the Yunqi Conference. The two parties announced that they will leverage the post-quantum security algorithm project as the foundation of their collaboration, jointly developing and expanding their cooperation in automotive security algorithms to provide users with more secure and reliable services in this area. In the future, Xpeng Motors and Alibaba Cloud will continue their joint exploration of automotive security, further expanding the scope of post-quantum security encryption technology to include security protection for applications such as AI, V2X, chips, robotics, and flying cars. Currently, the all-new Xpeng P7 is equipped with post-quantum security technology, marking Xpeng Motors' first implementation of this technology in a vehicle. When users use the Xpeng app to communicate with the cloud and the vehicle, post-quantum encryption technology provides real-time and seamless protection. These features will officially launch with the release of the next version of the Xpeng app in October of this year.
