Xpeng Motors announced that it and Guangdong Huitian entered into a 2026 Cooperation Framework Agreement on August 22, 2025, effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. Under the agreement, the two parties will continue to collaborate on the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of flying cars. Flying cars are expected to enter mass production in 2026, and Guangdong Xpeng will provide Guangdong Huitian with R&D services, technical consulting services, and sales agency services. The annual caps for the transactions are RMB 900 million, RMB 1.8 billion, and RMB 2 billion, respectively.
