Xidiwei: Actual controller changed to Tao Hai (Tao Hai) and Tang Ya

Xidiwei announced that Ms. Dai Zuyu, one of the company's former controlling shareholders, has passed away. Her eldest son, Mr. Tao Hai, inherited 93.7905 million shares, representing 22.86% of the company's total share capital. Following this change, the company's controlling shareholders now belong to Mr. Tao Hai and Ms. Tang Ya, who together hold 39.32% of the company's shares. This equity change falls under the exemption from tender offer requirements stipulated in Article 63 of the "Administrative Measures for Acquisitions of Listed Companies."
