Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration of China website released the "Draft for Comments on the Special Conditions for X3-F Aircraft". X3-F is the flying body of the "land aircraft carrier" flying car of Xiaopeng Huitian (codenamed X3-F). On March 19, the relevant person in charge of Xiaopeng Huitian said that the release of the draft for comments can serve as a general certification basis for the type certification of similar aircraft in the future, and promote the certification of more similar aircraft. Regarding the progress of the airworthiness certification of flying cars, Xiaopeng Huitian said that the company will subsequently advance the type certification work according to the original plan, and hopes to complete the conformity verification work in October and obtain the type certificate.
