Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration of China website released the "Draft for Comments on the Special Conditions for X3-F Aircraft". Reporters noticed that X3-F is the flying body of Xiaopeng Huitian's "land aircraft carrier" flying car (codenamed X3-F). In this regard, the relevant person in charge of Xiaopeng Huitian told reporters on March 19 that the release of the draft for comments can serve as a general certification basis for the future type certification of similar aircraft, and promote the certification of more similar aircraft. Regarding the progress of the flying car airworthiness certification, Xiaopeng Huitian stated that the company will subsequently advance the type certification work according to the original plan, and hopes to complete the conformity verification work in October and obtain the type certificate.
