Xi Xiangfeng announced that it entered into formal strategic cooperation discussions with Hangzhou Smart Donkey Technology Co., Ltd. on September 19, 2025, and reached a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties plan to collaborate in the urban delivery and logistics ecosystem, including automated delivery and robotic minibus urban delivery, financial leasing and operating leasing solutions, asset holding and lifecycle management, digitalization/AI empowerment, road access, and market development.
