WuXi AppTec announced that it has signed a Supplemental Agreement to the Payload Connectivity Sub-Master Services Framework Agreement with its related party, XDC Cayman, increasing the 2025 related-party transaction limit from 168 million yuan to 200 million yuan. Additionally, the company and XDC Cayman signed a new three-year Payload Connectivity Sub-Master Services Framework Agreement, effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. The annual transaction amounts for 2026, 2027, and 2028 are expected to be no more than 300 million yuan, 400 million yuan, and 400 million yuan, respectively. The company stated that this transaction is a normal commercial arrangement in its daily operations and will not affect its independence.
