Wingtech Technology released an investor relations activity record sheet announcement stating that among SiC products, the company officially released a series of 1200V automotive-grade SiC MOSFET products in May, which can be used in automotive application scenarios such as on-board chargers (OBC), traction inverters, DC-DC converters, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC), and is currently undergoing customer import certification. At the same time, from the production capacity perspective, the company's 8-inch SiC and GaN production lines, which began construction last year, have now completed equipment entry.
