WeRide launches fully unmanned Robotaxi trial operation in Abu Dhabi

On May 16, WeRide announced that it had launched a fully unmanned Robotaxi trial operation in Abu Dhabi, creating the first fully unmanned Robotaxi fleet in the Middle East. From the second quarter of 2025, WeRide's Robotaxi fleet will conduct fully unmanned trial operations without safety officers on public roads in Abu Dhabi.
