On August 20th, Hu Bashan, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of the Vivo Central Research Institute, stated at the Vivo Living Room that mixed reality (MR) bridges the physical and digital worlds. He further emphasized, "No industry should rush into development and must proceed step by step. Only with a strong hardware experience foundation can a positive cycle be formed within the ecosystem and the industry flourish." Vivo established its Robotics Lab earlier this year, focusing on the future of home robots. In outlining Vivo's technological strategy, Hu Bashan stated, "We are committed to leveraging mobile AI, imaging, and MR capabilities to meet users' demand for large-screen immersion in the short term. In the long term, we will serve as the eyes and brains of robots, addressing the 'perception-decision-making' challenges in the unstructured home environment and building a bridge for future home robots to enter thousands of homes."
