UMC (UMC.US) shares rose nearly 3% to $6.83. UMC released its unaudited net sales figures for August 2025. Revenue for August fell 7.2% year-on-year to approximately NT$19.16 billion. For the January-August period of 2025, revenue reached NT$155.82 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.86%.
