Recently, the World Digital Academy (WDTA) officially released the new AI STR series standard "AI Intelligent Agent Operation Safety Test Standard" at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva. The standard was jointly compiled by Ant Group, Tsinghua University, and China Telecom, and more than 20 domestic and foreign institutions, enterprises, and universities such as PwC, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Washington University in St. Louis, USA. It is the world's first single-agent operation safety test standard. This standard targets the "behavioral" risks brought by intelligent agents crossing the "language wall". For the first time, it matches the five key links of input and output, large models, RAG, memory, and tools with the operating environment, and builds a full-link risk analysis framework; at the same time, it subdivides the types of intelligent agent risks, improves and innovatively proposes test methods such as model detection, network communication analysis, and tool fuzz testing, filling the gap in intelligent agent safety testing technical standards.
