Yesterday (the 16th), the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) jointly signed a special cooperation agreement on technological collaboration, which will deepen cooperation in areas such as artificial intelligence, advanced materials, and future energy. The agreement involves 20 central state-owned enterprises and 21 CAS research institutes, covering 40 key collaborative projects, including the engineering application of main drive bearings for ultra-large-diameter shield machines and the application of synthetic biology research results. The contract value exceeds 7 billion yuan.
