The State Administration for Market Regulation released a list of cases of concentration of operators unconditionally approved from August 11 to August 17, 2025, including the establishment of a joint venture between China New Aviation Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd.
