In view of the fact that this concentration of operators has or may have the effect of eliminating or restricting competition in the global and domestic optical software, photonic software market, part of the EDA software market and the design IP market, the State Administration for Market Regulation decided to approve this concentration with additional restrictive conditions based on the commitment plan for additional restrictive conditions submitted by the applicant.
