The reporter learned from the Ministry of Natural Resources that in accordance with the requirements and planning arrangements for the formulation of natural resources industry standards, the Ministry of Natural Resources organized relevant units to formulate 15 industry standards such as the "Technical Specifications for the Security Protection of Basic Map Data Transmission for Smart Cars" (draft for approval), and has passed the review of the National Technical Committee for Geographic Information Standardization (TC230). On April 2, the draft for approval began to be publicized on the official website of the Ministry of Natural Resources. The draft for approval shows that the Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping, Beijing Huawei Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Yitutong Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Beijing Baidu Zhitu Technology Co., Ltd., AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd., etc. participated in the drafting of the document.
